Order Information 📦
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically packed and ready for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Shipping times provided by carriers like UPS and Canada Post are in addition to our handling time. Because we’re located in a more remote area, these estimated delivery times are not always exact.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Some larger or heavier items may require additional shipping fees.

If you’re in the Kootenays, or sending a gift to someone near our store in Rossland, BC, you can select free in-store pickup at checkout.
Within Canada 🍁
We offer a flat rate of $15 shipping anywhere in Canada. Free shipping is available on regular-weight orders over $100. Some products that are especially large or heavy may require custom shipping rates.
International Shipping ✈️
Free shipping is available on regular-weight orders over $100 in the USA. For all other countries, rates depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and you will see all available options and costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
International Taxes & Customs 🌎
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes. However, they may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they arrive in the destination country. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. While we do our best to minimize these costs, we are unable to estimate them in advance.

Orders are processed quickly, so if you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Because we are located in a mountain town, shipping times may be slightly longer compared to retailers in larger urban centres. We are also an eco-conscious company and reuse packaging materials whenever possible, so your box may look a little different when it arrives.
